JOIN THE FASO TEAM

Your time, experience, ideas, and generosity can help create meaningful opportunities for young people and families. Explore the ways you can serve, choose the opportunities that speak to you, and tell us how you would like to become part of FASO’s mission. Every role matters, and there is a place for you to make a difference.

COACHES & MENTORS
Coach. Encourage. Help Someone Grow.
FASO is looking for dependable coaches and mentors who can combine sports instruction with patience, encouragement, and a positive example. Volunteers may lead drills, assist a head coach, help athletes establish goals, and reinforce teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and character.
Sports experience is valuable, but not every position requires formal coaching experience. We also welcome responsible adults who are willing to learn, follow FASO’s safety expectations, work with others, and genuinely care about young people.
• Coach or assist with a team, clinic, camp, or training session
• Help athletes improve their skills and understanding of the game
• Mentor young people through encouragement and consistent support
• Assist with practices, evaluations, and athlete-development plans
