FASO uses a clear registration process so teams and participants know what to prepare before joining an activity. Our current featured registration is the 2026 Fall Co-Ed Volleyball League.
2026 FALL CO-ED VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
Opening Saturday, October 24, 2026, at The Well in Apopka. The four-night league is limited to 16 teams and includes 15 guaranteed matches. The top eight teams advance to the playoffs and awards.
Team registration: $250
Recommended roster: 8–10 players
On the court: 4 men and 2 women

Team captains should prepare the team name, captain’s contact information and a roster of 8–10 players. Participants will complete the required forms and payment steps during registration.

The team captain provides the team name, captain’s contact information and a roster of 8–10 players. Four men and two women must be available on the court, and rosters lock during Week 3.

STEP 2: PARTICIPANT FORMS
Each participant completes the required waiver, consent and conduct forms. Accurate participant and contact information must be provided before participation is confirmed.

Use this form to request registration assistance. A FASO representative will respond with the next steps. Registration is not complete until all required forms and payment have been received.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
After submitting the request, FASO will contact the team captain with instructions for forms, payment, schedules and communication. The official TeamLinkt registration link and QR code will be added after final testing.
